Tablecloths may be added to your order, with several options available. Please give us a call so we can help select the best size and style for your event.

You can be assured that we are committed to delivering an exceptional culinary experience for you and your guests. To ensure the highest level of quality and attention to detail, at least one owner of our company will be present on-site to personally oversee every aspect of your event—from initial setup through final breakdown.

Our pricing is all-inclusive and covers the complete execution of your event, including the selected menu, setup of our mobile commissary (food truck) for on-site preparation and cooking, and thorough kitchen cleanup when applicable. Services also include on-site prep and cooking, professional buffet setup featuring chafing dishes and a decorative presentation, full breakdown and cleanup of buffet table(s), and the setup and breakdown provision of heavy-duty plates, utensils, glassware, and napkins.

Setup Notice: To ensure your buffet and guest dining tables are beautifully arranged and event-ready, Chef Booker T Catering requests a minimum of two (2) hours for setup prior to guest arrival.
